Amir was classically trained in the Spiritual Art of Kundalini Yoga under the close observations of a host of world renowned and internationally revered Guru mentors for 10 years & almost two decades on from being a novice student.  Amir is Now a Senior Mentor to hundreds of students himself, having worked for many many years with members of the general pubic, charities that support people in recovery, young offenders & those with very particular special needs.

Amir also has a private client list & a world wide consultancy that comprises and includes Top Level professional sports men & women, business leaders, celebrities and CEO's of large multi national organisations. Having conducted in excess of 35,000 thousand public and private classes in London and across the world, Amir Jaan brings a reassuring calmness into any learning environment, be it group or one to one; and has bought by example, many of his students into the teaching profession and consolidated practice of the Spiritual arts.

Amir Jaan has a gift for neutralizing the atmosphere of both the outer world and inner sea scapes of attendees by sharing openheartedly his own ever deepening experiential knowledge of Yogic science combined with the presence and confidence of knowing, qualities that can only be purchased with the currencies of time, dedicated daily practise and patience.

12:00 : The Fire Dance (Studio 5)

A dynamic workshop designed from start to finish to fire up your blood your senses & your passion for life.

Amir will infuse contemporary music with a combination of simple repetitive yogic exercises in order to get you moving in many different fun and interesting ways.

This will be a seriously playful way to get out of your mind happy and at the same time to deeply connect with your breath & your body.

The simple goals of this experimental & experiential workshop will be to super charge the blood stream with oxygen, to lubricate the joints to encourage the birth of new, good and healing chemistry, to have fun & to learn the basics of movement as meditation.

Take a deep breath & injoy the ride 🙂Both Exhilarating and Unimaginably Calming this workshop is a Master Class in The Art of Being Alive. This Kundalini Yoga workshop will introduce attendees to a variety of powerful breathing patterns used in Kundalini Yoga Practice and will assist with both understanding and developing the technical methods necessary to deepen your experience and to redeem the Maximum Benefit from your practice.



08:00 : Yindalini Workshop (Studio 1)

In this workshop Amir will explain the subtle, delicate and sophisticated but potent way that his unique style, which he calls - Yindalini Tantra - opens you up to the potential for deep physical, mental, emotional and spiritual transformation.


16:00 : The Divine Romance (Studio 3)

We will explore the physical and spiritual anatomy of the five major tenants of Kundalini Yoga practice: Pranayama (breathing techniques), Mudrah (special hand gestures) Bhanda’s (energetic body locks) Static & Rhythmic Asana (physical posturing) and Meditation (the art of focusing ones attention). And the fascinating way in which these disciplines are woven together in the formal practice of Kriya Yoga to cultivate a powerful harmonic frequency that flows freely in a majestic figure of eight between the body and the mind giving birth to the observable process of accelerated evolution.
